Research Profile

My name is Sebastian Berger (born: Lotz) and  I am an assistant professor of organization at the University of Bern in Switzerland. My behavioral economic research involves both - psychology and economics - to answer questions in economics, business adminstration and beyond.

My recent research interests include the human dimension of climate change and how to motivate people to choose green energy or behave environmentally friendly in general. Besides, I am interested in using behavioral science to address current social and economic questions (e.g., financial well-being, health behavior).
